Each day RFID tags are becoming more pervasive in our environment. If your passport does not already have one, it soon will. If your drivers license needs to be renewed in the next few years, expect it to be equiped with a new way for you to be scanned that does not require removing your wallet from your pocket. If you feel that this is invasive, join Mikey Sklar for a workshop in which you'll learn to prevent your new RFID ID cards from giving you away at any old RFID reader that crosses your path.

Mikey will introduce you to RFID tags and then demonstrate how to remove your pockets and replace them with pockets made of metallic fabric. Cut up those trouser pockets, and hack up those jackets! A simple, soft, washable, and partially metallic fabric pocket replacement can prevent RFIDs from being scanned without your permission. Mikey Sklar has undergone a RFID implant since the last time he has given this talk.
